In collaboration with InfoTrack’s digital team, I led the design of a brand-new website and style guide for their consumer-focused venture, InfoTrackGO. Targeting the B2C market, our goal was to create a user-friendly and approachable brand presence. We achieved this through the use of vibrant colors, relatable imagery, and clear iconography and infographics that simplified the customer journey—from understanding services to completing purchases. Our work was grounded in in-depth research around user experience, with particular focus on optimising navigation and the search function for ease and clarity.

Alongside the website brief, I was tasked with establishing InfoTrackGO’s Instagram presence to strengthen brand engagement. Aimed at first-time home movers, the channel was designed to be bold, vibrant, and visually engaging. The Instagram grid features a dynamic mix of photography, illustration, and animation, creating a cohesive yet energetic brand aesthetic.
